Al Holoul Al Mutakamela Holding Company (the “Company”) is a Saudi closed joint stock company registered in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under Commercial Registration No. 1010768869, dated in Jumada al-Ula 26, 1443 H (corresponding to December 30, 2021).
The registered address of the Company is 2705, King Abdullah Road, Salahuddin District, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Company Share Capital consists of 50 million shares at SR 10 per share as of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023.
The Integrated Solutions Holding Company “Al Hama” is an investment-focused company with an investment vision aimed at investing its funds in subsidiary and affiliate companies, as well as investing in stocks and owning real estate. Currently, it has a tractive record of financial and operational achievements through a series of strategic investments it has made. The company is managed by a high-level executive team characterized by economic acumen and extensive experience in risk management and governance.
Investments
The company aims to maximize shareholders’ equity by completing a number of investment deals and then distributing all returns to the shareholders. Investments in subsidiary companies hold the top position, constituting 66% of the total investments. Treasury investments, consisting of Murabaha deposits and subscriptions in shares of companies listed on the financial market, have grown to constitute 29% of the total investments. Real estate investments represent 5% of the total investments.
